These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User" or "you") and fe888.click ("fe888", "we", "us" or "our"). They govern your access to and use of all services provided on the fe888 platform, including but not limited to sports betting, online casino games, Ludo, payment services, promotions and customer support.

By registering a player account on fe888, accessing any part of the platform, or placing a bet or wager of any kind, you confirm that you have fully read these Terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. To register and use fe888, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the platform:

• No previous bans: You must not have previously had a fe888 account closed for breach of these Terms. Circumventing a ban by creating a new account is a serious violation.
• Personal use only: Your fe888 account is for your personal use only. You may not allow any other person to access, deposit into or place bets using your account.

fe888 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, including during the account creation process, before processing a withdrawal, or following unusual account activity. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension until the verification is completed.

Your account login credentials are your responsibility. fe888 will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain the security of your password and login details.

fe888 operates entirely in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, balances, bets and withdrawals are denominated in PKR. There are no currency conversion fees applied at any point. The amounts displayed on your account are the amounts that are deposited and withdrawn — no hidden deductions.

Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods at fe888 include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT transfer and Visa/Mastercard. Minimum deposit amounts vary by method and are displayed on the deposit page at the time of transaction.

fe888 does not charge transaction fees on any deposits or withdrawals. Any fees that may arise from your bank or mobile wallet provider are that provider's responsibility and are outside fe888's control.

Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash typically process within 5 minutes of request. Bank IBFT withdrawals may take up to 4 hours depending on inter-bank settlement times. Card withdrawals may take 1 to 24 hours. These are indicative timescales — actual processing can vary based on network conditions.

fe888 may place a temporary hold on withdrawals pending identity verification or investigation of irregular activity. During such holds, the player will be notified and given the opportunity to provide any requested documentation. Verified legitimate withdrawals will be processed promptly following the completion of any review.

fe888 offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. These include but are not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and tournament prizes. • Wagering requirements: All bonus amounts are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn as real money. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated on the relevant promotion's terms. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a Rs 1,000 bonus means Rs 10,000 in qualifying bets must be placed before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash.
• Qualifying games and sports: Not all games or bet types contribute equally to wagering requirements. Casino slots may contribute 100% while table games may contribute a lower percentage. • One bonus per promotion: Each player may claim each promotional offer only once unless explicitly stated otherwise. fe888 uses account verification to identify duplicate claims.
• Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry date. Bonus funds and free bets that are not used within the stated period will be removed from the player's account without notice.
• Abuse: fe888 reserves the right to withhold or reverse bonuses and associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including the use of multiple accounts, systematic low-risk betting patterns designed solely to clear wagering requirements, or collusion.

fe888 may modify, suspend or terminate any promotion at any time. Players who have already opted into a promotion before modification will be subject to the terms that were in place at the time they opted in, unless the modification is legally required.

The following rules govern all sports bets placed on fe888. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand and accept these rules. These are the general rules that apply platform-wide; sport-specific rules are available in the sports betting section of the platform.

• Bet confirmation: A bet is not confirmed until you receive a bet reference number from fe888. If you do not receive confirmation, the bet has not been placed and no funds have been deducted.
• Minimum stake: The minimum stake per bet selection is Rs 50. Maximum stakes vary by market and are shown on the bet slip at the time of bet placement.
• Odds changes: Live betting odds update in real time. The odds displayed when you click a selection are not guaranteed — the price accepted at the moment of bet confirmation is the price at which the bet is struck. fe888 offers best-odds acceptance settings that can be adjusted in your account.
• Void bets: Bets may be voided by fe888 in circumstances including obvious pricing errors, event cancellation, postponement without rescheduling within a specified period, or technical failures that affected the integrity of the betting market. Voided bet stakes are returned to the player's balance.
• Accumulator rules: An accumulator bet combines multiple selections. If one selection is voided, the accumulator continues with the remaining selections — the voided leg's odds are removed from the combined price. If a match in an accumulator is abandoned before a result is determined, that leg is typically treated as void.
• Live / In-play betting: In-play markets at fe888 may be temporarily suspended during goal kicks, VAR reviews, wickets, or other critical moments. Bets placed during a suspension will be rejected. fe888 is not responsible for delays in feed data that may cause a player to place a bet based on outdated information.
• Unusual activity: fe888 reserves the right to limit stake sizes or refuse bets from players who consistently profit from pricing errors or who appear to have access to insider information.

All decisions by fe888 regarding the settlement of sports bets are final unless subsequently identified as the result of a verified pricing or data error. Disputes regarding settlements should be raised through the customer support channel within 7 days of the event result.

All casino games available on fe888 — including slots, live dealer tables, table games and instant-win titles — use independently certified Random Number Generators (RNG). The outcome of each game is genuinely random and not influenced by prior results or by the platform's commercial interest. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are based on statistical averages over very long play periods and do not represent the expected return from any individual session.

fe888's Ludo games are offered in head-to-head and tournament formats with real PKR stakes. The rules of each Ludo game format are displayed within the game interface. By entering a Ludo game or tournament, you accept the specific rules displayed at that time in addition to these general Terms.

Game malfunctions — including but not limited to software errors, disconnections or display glitches — void all related game rounds. Stakes from voided rounds are returned to the player's balance. fe888 is not liable for any claimed winnings arising from a game that has experienced a technical malfunction.

fe888 may add, modify or remove game titles from the casino library at any time. Removal of a game does not affect any winnings already accumulated and transferred to a player's main balance.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on fe888. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Multiple accounts: Creating more than one fe888 account per person in order to claim bonuses multiple times or circumvent account restrictions.
• Arbitrage betting: Systematically placing bets on all outcomes of an event across multiple platforms to guarantee profit regardless of result. fe888 reserves the right to limit or void such bets.
• Match fixing or insider information: Placing bets using non-public information about match outcomes, player conditions or other material factors that are not available to the general public.
• Money laundering: Using fe888 to deposit funds obtained through illegal means, or to cycle funds through the platform in order to disguise their origin. fe888 complies with applicable anti-money-laundering obligations.
• Automated betting tools: Using bots, scripts, AI tools or any automated mechanism to place bets, claim bonuses or interact with the platform in ways that give an unfair advantage over other players or over the platform.
• Account sharing or selling: Sharing your fe888 account credentials with another person, or selling access to your account.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in Ludo tournaments or any multi-player game format offered on fe888.

fe888 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete identity verification, or at the player's own request.

When an account is suspended pending investigation, the player will be notified by email or SMS to their registered contact details. The player may be asked to provide documentation to resolve the matter. fe888 aims to complete investigations within 14 working days of receiving all requested information.

If an account is closed following a breach of Terms, fe888 reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account. If the account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach — such as at the player's request or due to market exit — any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Players may request account closure at any time by contacting fe888 support. Self-exclusion requests — where a player wishes to be excluded from the platform for responsible gaming reasons — are processed with priority and take effect within 24 hours of request.

fe888 is committed to providing a responsible gaming environment. Gambling and sports betting involve financial risk and are intended to be an entertainment activity — not a source of income or a way to recover financial losses. fe888 actively promotes responsible gambling and provides the following tools to all registered players:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps on your account. Once set, limits cannot be increased immediately — there is a cooling-off period to prevent impulsive changes.

If you believe your gambling behaviour is causing you or someone else harm, we encourage you to use these tools or seek external support. fe888 will not market actively to players who have self-excluded or set restrictive limits.

fe888 collects and processes personal data in order to provide the services described in these Terms. The types of data collected include your name, mobile number, payment details and betting history. fe888 does not sell or share your personal data with third parties for their independent marketing purposes. fe888 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain continuous service uptime, fe888 does not guarantee uninterrupted access and will not be liable for losses arising from platform downtime, technical failures, data transmission errors or service interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure (including mobile networks, bank systems or payment providers).

fe888 is not liable for any indirect, consequential or speculative losses, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of opportunity or loss of data. Our total liability to any player in connection with their use of fe888 is limited to the net real-money balance held in their account at the time the claim arises.

Players use fe888 at their own financial risk. Gambling involves the possibility of losing money. By using the platform, you confirm that you are aware of this risk and that any funds you deposit are money you can afford to lose for entertainment purposes.

fe888 may update these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published at fe888.click/terms-conditions with a revised "Last Updated" date.
